The remarkable Jillian Rose Reed looked spectacular in a Black Halo dress, Palter deLiso shoes and accessorized her fabulous MTV Video Music Awards look with Tomtom jewelry and a Ramy Brook bag. Jillian even rocked a super cool, side braided hairdo on her scalp. What a brilliant, red carpet look and Jillian Rose Reed looks absolutely stupendous!
