The incredible, digital network Brat recently announced that it will be bringing to life a brand new show we all can’t wait to see titled, A Girl Named Jo. The phenomenal show is bound to bring a whole lot of excitement and it just so happens to star two of our favorite ladies: Annie LeBlanc and Addison Riecke! The outstanding series is set to premiere this summer and we are so ready to see all of the amazing episodes.
Here are five reasons why we’re super excited to see A Girl Named Jo!
- It stars Addison Riecke and Annie LeBlanc
A show starring the fabulous Annie LeBlanc and the dazzling Addison Riecke – what could possibly be better than that?! Addison Riecke and Annie LeBlanc are two brilliant, young ladies who are such stellar role models to all of their fans. They are terrific actresses – Addison Riecke has exhibited her talent in The Thundermans and The Beguiled while Annie LeBlanc has showcased her acting skills in Chicken Girls, so we are so thrilled to see them take on their excellent characters in A Girl Named Jo!
2. It’s a mystery series
We love a good mystery, don’t you?! We are definitely going to be at the edge of our seats as we watch Addison Riecke and Annie LeBlanc uncover the community’s quite fascinating history in the show.
3. It’s a period piece
The show takes place in 1963, which is very unique! It’s going to be very different from the other projects that Annie LeBlanc and Addison Riecke have worked on before, but we know they will totally slay the game in A Girl Named Jo.
4. Their fantastic #OOTDs
Addison Riecke and Annie LeBlanc have some stellar OOTDs in the show. You’re going to be obsessed with everything they are wearing and you’re definitely going to want to steal all of the clothes in their characters’ wardrobes.
5. Their magnificent friendship
Annie LeBlanc’s character, Jo and Addison Riecke’s character, Cathy may come from two completely different worlds, but when they come together, they are unstoppable! We are living for Jo and Cathy’s friendship and from the super adorable pictures we see on Instagram, it looks like Addison Riecke and Annie LeBlanc are wonderful friends in real life too!
