The renowned and prestigious Latin American Music Awards makes its way to the iconic Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, California tomorrow, October 25, 2018 and a countless amount of epic moments and unforgettable highlights are bound to take place at the event. As if we weren’t excited enough for this wonderful award show, Telemundo recently announced that the Latin AMAs will be celebrating and honoring Latinas in music who have and continue to make history in the entertainment industry. Telemundo revealed that in an unprecedented move, five, female music powerhouses will be hosting this year’s spectacular Latin American Music Awards. Music sensations Aracely Arambula, Becky G, Leslie Grace, Gloria Trevi and Roselyn Sanchez are set to bring some major girl power onto the stage as they host this year’s stellar award show.

According to the press release, “The three-hour special will present a series of vignettes that will feature singers who have paved the way for new generations. Through key performances of the evening, the show will also focus on those artists who are reaching new heights and creating an impact in today’s music world not just by themselves but through innovative collaborations.”

Becky G, Leslie Grace, Gloria Trevi, Roselyn Sanchez and Aracely Arambula also took part in a special panel yesterday, October 23rd at the Los Angeles Film School in Los Angeles, California to talk about Latinas’ contribution in the music world.  The panel was moderated by Leila Cobo, Executive Director, Latin Content and Programming for Billboard. The press release said, “This movement seeks to inspire today’s female artists, so that they can continue to be true agents of change in the industry, as well as those students that are entering the field and want their voice to be heard and their own stories told.”

Fans are in for several, great treats at the Latin American Music Awards. In addition to the phenomenal hosts and the outstanding lineup of extraordinary performers, Telemundo also shared the list of presenters at the event. Amaury Nolasco, Adriel Favela, Ana Lorena Sanchez, Ana Lucia Dominguez, Angelica Celaya, Carlos Ponce, Christian Acosta, Claudia Vergara, Cynthia Olavarria, Danny Pino, Dra. Ana Maria Polo, Don Francisco, Elvis Crespo, Emeraude Toubia, Erasmo Provenza, Erik Hayser, Gaby Espino, Guy Ecker, Ha*Ash, Isabella Castillo, Jeimy Osorio, Jorge Salinas, Julio Vaqueiro, Lary Over, Litzy, Maria Celeste Arraras, Marjorie de Sousa, Matias Novoa, Nastassja Bolivar, Ninel Conde, Raymix, Samadhi Zendejas, Sharlene Taule, Steve Aoki, Tony Plana and Yashua will all be presenting at the Latin AMAs.

The 2018 Latin American Music Awards promises to be even bigger and better than years before! Be sure to tune in tomorrow, October 25, 2018 at 8/7c on Telemundo with a one-hour carpet pre-show “La Alfombra de Latin AMAs” at 7pm/6c. The Latin AMAs will also air simultaneously on Universo and in 20 countries throughout the Americas via Telemundo Internacional.
