Reptar!! Get your bottle of milk and baby blankets ready because a bunch of new episodes from Nickelodeon’s legendary series, Rugrats is streaming now on Paramount+. Rugrats is a show that will forever be near and dear to our hearts. People who are now adults grew up with the magic of watching Rugrats and joining these adventurous kiddos on their thrilling escapades and high-stake baby missions. Now, many of those same adults have children of their own who are able to relish in the same excitement that their parents had watching the original series. The icon herself, EG Daily, who continues to be the voice of the most beloved animated character, Tommy Pickles, couldn’t have said it any better, “families are forever, and Rugrats is forever.” The impact that Rugrats makes is eternal and it’s a series that has been such a pivotal part in all of our lives in more ways than imaginable.
The reboot of Rugrats premiered its first season in May 2021 to much buzz and rave reviews. The exceptional series brings about a great sense of nostalgia with the babies being back in action. But, at the same time, the show also has its own fresh spin with an abundance of new quests for the babies to explore. What makes this reboot stand out even more is the simply flawless CG-animation in the show. The animation looks so real and it allows viewers to really step inside the world of these imaginative babies in a way like no other.
A host of new episodes of Rugrats recently dropped on Paramount+ and these episodes are filled with even more epic moments to look out for. The babies experience everything from Angelica’s doll, Cynthia having a wedding, to looking for lost treasure, and it goes to show that Nickelodeon never runs out of fun ideas for the Rugrats to conquer. This new season also welcomes some marvelous, special guests including Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter Tori Kelly and music sensation Jordin Sparks who both lent their voices for a phenomenal, half-hour, musical special in the show. As if Rugrats couldn’t get any better, the outstanding series continues to blow us all away and makes us all feel forever young.
Without the remarkable EG Daily, Rugrats truly wouldn’t be the same. She is one of the most gifted voice-actors who has shared her terrific talent and voiced a countless amount of fan-favorite, animated characters. Her work bringing Tommy Pickles to life is unmatched. We’ve been able to see Tommy Pickles do it all – from saying his first word to touring around a remote island, and the milestones don’t stop there with these new episodes of the Rugrats reboot. EG Daily is a true treasure to this world and a big chunk of the best memories of our lives is thanks to her impeccable work in Rugrats.
