His modeling career is skyrocketing and he even just recently walked the runway for Dolce & Gabbana – such a surreal and awe-inspiring achievement. It doesn’t stop there, Twan is continuing to leave everyone speechless with even more spectacular projects including a very special one he is excited to share with his fans very soon. Besides being a brilliant actress, the wonderful Madisyn Shipman is also known for being both a beauty and fashion inspiration to everyone. Her outfits are always show stopping and they make everyone’s heads turn. She’s also a spectacular, makeup queen and every single one of her makeup looks are so extraordinary. VIPAccessEXCLUSIVE: Beauty, Fashion And Makeup Heaven Made Its Way To The LA Convention Center For Two, Fabulous Days Of Beautycon LA!

“You don’t need lipstick, lipstick needs you.” You know what’s the most beautiful thing in this world? Read the first word of that sentence. Beauty comes in all different shapes and forms and that’s exactly what was celebrated at the incredible and fabulous, two-day Beautycon LA festival. Beautycon is a spectacular festival that has made a great impact both nationally and internationally. With festivals that have taken place in Los Angeles, New York, London, Dubai, and beyond – each festival celebrates beauty within, fashion and amazing, makeup trends. Beautycon has clearly been having a lot of marvelous successes and this year’s Beautycon LA was definitely bigger and better than years before. With its first two-day festival, the 2017 Beautycon LA had even more celebrities, influencers, brands and excellent, makeup enthusiasts who were all able to connect at the terrific event.

The sensational Beautycon LA festival took place on Saturday, August 12th and Sunday, August 13th and both days were filled with tons of unforgettable highlights, awesome, beauty tips and tricks, and tons of makeup fanatics that had a wonderful time celebrating Beautycon’s main message that “Everyone is beautiful and beauty is power.” As soon as you stepped inside the LA Convention Center, where Beautycon was held, you would have been in beauty, fashion and makeup heaven with all of the brilliant brands and fan-favorite companies that were present at the event.

Maybelline was present at the event promoting their brand new Maybelline x Shayla collection. CND Vinylux gave Beautycon attendees a special treat with some fabulous manicures that shined extra bright with sparkles. Other brands and companies that had a big presence at Beautycon LA include Chapstick, Grande Cosmetics, L’Oreal, NYX, PrettyLittleThing, Revlon, Wet ‘N Wild, Wildflower, Redken, LipSmacker, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Jay Manuel Beauty, and many more.

Day 1 of Beautycon LA kicked off in a wonderful way. Beautycon LA attendees were left in awe with a special appearance by the beauty icon herself, Ms. Tyra Banks. In addition, queen Zendaya had a fantastic time meeting all of her fans at the event. Celebrities that attended Beautycon Day 1 include Laverne Cox, Willow Shields, Jay Manuel, Alisha Marie, Amber Rose, Ireland Baldwin, Larsen Thompson, Jordyn Jones, and many others.

The following day of Beautycon LA was just as awe-inspiring with an exciting and highly-anticipated appearance from Chrissy Teigan and musical phenomenon, John Legend. Chrissy Teigan had an excellent time participating in the Fireside Chat. Jaden Smith was also in attendance at the event and looked super cool and oh, so fashionable. Other celebs who joined in on the Beautycon LA fun during day 2 include Simone Biles, Amanda Steele, Twan Kuyper, Jay Manuel, Gabriel and Jess Conte, Madisyn Shipman, Sammy Wilk, Ingrid Nilsen, and many more.

Each and every year, Beautycon continues to outdo itself with an even greater festival than the years prior. Beautycon is a phenomenal festival that recognizes what it takes to redefine beauty, diversity and inclusion as well as celebrate culture and a woke community. Beautycon is a place that welcomes everyone and is one marvelous event that friends, families and people of all ages can go to and feel comfortable, appreciated, and know that they are in a safe environment celebrating beauty both on the inside and out.

The 2016 Olympics in Rio was a monumental time for the brilliant Simone Biles where she won several medals and established herself as one of the greatest, most admirable Olympic gymnasts and gold medalists out. Simone Biles is an absolute legend – she has broken records and she has encouraged everyone that when you put your mind into something and when you work hard, you can accomplish the most outstanding things. Words will never be able to describe just how much of an icon Simone Biles is and how extraordinary she is as an individual. Anything and everything that Simone Biles does is breathtaking and she is one of the most admirable people on this planet.

Simone Biles’ gymnastics skills are unrivaled and it shows that she is the best of the best. Aside from being the Olympian hero that she is, Simone Biles has also ventured into many other different projects. Simone Biles wowed us all with her effortless and exceptional, dance skills in the hit, dancing competition show, Dancing With The Stars. Simone Biles won the award for “Choice Female Athlete” at the Teen Choice Awards and she even has an upcoming movie set to air on Lifetime. Simone Biles has changed the lives of many. She’s the greatest role model that anyone could look up to. Simone Biles brings some major girl power to anything and everything that she does. So, what makes a hero we ask? Just look at Simone Biles – she defines what it is like to be a true champion who has touched the lives of everyone.

The sensational Sammy Wilk is, undoubtedly, one of the most talented musicians on this planet. The extraordinary Sammy Wilk has a countless amount of hit songs that we all love jamming out to on constant repeat. In fact, Sammy Wilk’s most recent single titled, “Way Up” has been soaring up the music charts and is a massive hit amongst fans worldwide. It’s obvious why Sammy Wilk is one musician that everyone fangirls over. He creates some of the greatest tracks with electrifying beats and incredible lyrics and we all can see how much passion, hard work and dedication Sammy Wilk puts into his music. It’s also clear to see that the stage is a second home for the magnificent Sammy Wilk. He puts his heart and soul into every performance he gives and we’re always mesmerized with just how much of a gifted artist he is.

In addition to being a spectacular singer, Sammy Wilk also does a lot of brilliant and awe-inspiring, humanitarian work. He just recently went to Africa for his Wilk Project to help bring education within closer reach to children. Asia Monet Ray first stole the hearts of fans worldwide with her impressive and out of this world dance skills which she exhibited on the hit show, Dance Moms. Since then, Asia Monet Ray has continued to leave us all in awe with her extraordinary, dance moves and other ventures she has taken on. In addition to dancing, Asia Monet Ray is also an incredible actress who mesmerizes us all with any and every role that she portrays. Whether it’s working on The People vs OJ Simpson: American Crime Story or the fan-favorite show, Grey’s Anatomy, Asia is able to show that acting comes oh, so naturally to her and she can take on any role so effortlessly and magnificently.

Ava Cantrell is a magnificent actress who always does such an excellent job in any and every project that she works on. We’ve seen Ava Cantrell exhibit her talent in projects including Lights Out, The Haunted Hathaways, One Under The Sun, and many others. VIPAccessEXCLUSIVE: The Unauthorized Musical Parody Of “Bridesmaids” Is Kate Pazakis’ Best Show Yet – Alexisjoyvipaccess RECAP!

Here comes the bride, all dressed in white, here comes the bridesmaids making their way down to the Rockwell Table & Stage! One movie that has become a classic and is a film that we all can watch over and over again definitely has to be Bridesmaids. What’s not to love about this exceptional film?! It has an all-star, phenomenal cast consisting of fan-favorite, profound actresses and actors. It has a spectacular storyline and it makes us all remember the excitement of our very special wedding… or maybe it makes us all remember being super, duper single. Needless to say, Bridesmaids is one iconic movie with so many unforgettable memories, so when we found out that the all new show from Kate Pazakis’ “Unauthorized Musical Parody Of” series is UMPO: Bridesmaids, we couldn’t contain our excitement, and we definitely grabbed our bouquets and got ready to head on over to the Rockwell Table & Stage to watch this brilliant show.

It goes without saying that any show that writer / producer, Kate Pazakis is behind is truly a masterpiece and UMPO: Bridesmaids is Kate Pazakis’ best one yet. Then again, every show that Kate Pazakis works on turns to gold. UMPO: Bridesmaids is filled with so many hilarious moments and it’s a very enjoyable show that takes us along on Annie and the bridesmaids’ journey to make Lillian’s wedding absolutely phenomenal. UMPO: Bridesmaids will make you have a smile from start to finish and it’s one remarkable show you won’t be able to stop talking about. UMPO: Bridesmaids captures the movie so well but it also adds its own special twist with exceptional covers of hit songs and amazing parodies all intertwined in one, sensational show. From songs such as “True” by Spandau Ballet to Taylor Swift’s hit song “Bad Blood,” you’ll be jamming out nonstop while watching UMPO: Bridesmaids.

Of course, the exceptional show couldn’t have been made possible without the marvelous and immensely talented cast consisting of Natalie Lander, Desi Dennis-Dylan, Ashley Argota, Nohely Quiroz, Aynsley Bubbico, Molly Stilliens, Nathan Moore, Heir Kirkegaard, and Michael Thomas Grant.

In addition, Tony award winning actress, Marissa Jaret Winokur added her magic onto this production by directing the show. Marissa Jaret Winokur talked exclusively with Alexisjoyvipaccess at the press opening night of UMPO: Bridesmaids and talked about what it was like for her to have directed the show. Marissa Jaret Winokur said, “It’s been amazing! I actually have always wanted to direct and musical theater is clearly what I want to direct. It’s been really great. The cast is amazing. We’ve put together a lot of new faces, a lot of new voices at the Rockwell and a couple of ones that have been here before. I’ve never put my heart and soul into something so much. When I perform, I get nervous for myself, but now I’m nervous for all eight cast-members, I’m like, “I hope they nail it!”

The wonderful Marissa Jaret Winokur also revealed to Alexisjoyvipaccess what the biggest difference is between acting and directing and said, “Well, as an actress, I’m literally just worrying about myself, but as a director, I have to plan out the whole picture, the whole thing, and also not just worrying about my own beats and my own jokes, it’s like trying to ring in the actors and actresses and being like, “This is what’s written. This is the joke. If you step on the line here, you’re messing up this beat.” Just trying to keep everyone focused, I come in with a very clear plan, rather than my way of an actress I’m like, “Oh, let’s just play. Let’s have fun!” but as a director, I’m like, there’s a lot more homework.”

It’s the one film that will touch your heart in a way like no other. It’s the incredible movie that will make you go after your dreams no matter what kind of obstacles may come your way. It’s the phenomenal film, Patti Cake$! We all have dreams of our own, as for Patti Dombrowski, aka Killa P, aka Patti Cake$, her number one goal is to be the most popular rapper in the industry and follow after the footsteps of her favorite rap star, O-Z.

However, Patti’s journey to fame sure isn’t an easy one. Patti, her mom and her grandma have been burdened with several, unpaid bills that’s causing Patti to search for another way to make a living. On top of that, she has to deal with all of the haters who think that their words can put Patti down – let’s just say, they should think again. With the help of her Nana, her best-friend, and a creative and mysterious musician, Patti is able to kickstart her passion of making music and turn that dream of being a renowned rapper into a reality.

Patti Cake$ is definitely a movie that everyone can resonate with. We all have something that we aspire to be and the trials and tribulations that we must go through to get where we want to be is what makes the journey all the more worth it. Patti Cake$ has many heart-tugging moments and the movie does such a brilliant job in allowing us all to feel like we are right by Patti’s side as she does everything she can to make an everlasting mark in the music world.

All of the scenes in Patti Cake$ are truly captivating and will flood you with a host of emotions. In addition to the remarkable cinematography, the music featured in the movie is sensational. It’s super catchy and it enhances the already magnificent film even more. After watching Patti Cake$, you’ll definitely want to pick up Patti’s mix-tape. The whole cast of the exceptional movie: Danielle Macdonald (who stars as the one and only, Patti), Bridgett Everett, Siddharth Dhananjay, Mamoudou Athie, and Cathy Moriarty all did such a phenomenal job bringing this story to life and it’s certainly a spectacular movie we all can watch over and over again. 

I, Alexisjoyvipaccess had such an excellent time attending the special screening of Patti Cake$ on August 7, 2017 and I was left in awe with the incredible job that the whole cast and crew did on this film. There’s no question as to why this movie has won multiple awards and is a fan-favorite at all of the movie festivals it has been screened at including at the Cannes and Sundance Film Festivals. The Patti Cake$ special screening also had a super fun after-party at the Luchini Pizzeria in Los Angeles, California. Needless to say, Patti Cake$ is definitely a movie everyone needs to see right now!
