The marvelous and amazingly talented actress: Imani Hakim attended the 11th Annual Young African American Women’s Event on March 29, 2014 at the Pasadena City College in Pasadena, California. The Everybody Hates Chris / The Gabby Douglas Story star inspired fans as she discussed the challenges and experiences faced by teens as they move on through life and what they could do to overcome these challenges and gain success in the future. Girls between the ages of 11-19 who attended the event were able to ask Imani Hakim some of their very own questions and talk about her life as an incredible Hollywood actress!

The lovely and vivacious Imani Hakim was so friendly and fantastic to her fans and even took pictures with all of them at the event. Imani Hakim tweeted, “Having a great time speaking at the Young African American Women’s Conference.”
