We’ve all gathered around our TV screens and many of us have even had a few viewing parties in order to watch the renowned and prestigious Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards! Year after year, Nickelodeon brings one of the greatest events to Hollywood and each year Nickelodeon manages to make the award show better and better with more celebrities, more phenomenal musical performances, more coveted blimps being given to your favorite celebrities, more opportunities to vote for your favorites, and of course – more slime, slime, and did I mention… SLIME?!?! This year alone, Nickelodeon is bringing the extraordinary and stupendous Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards to the “Fabulous” Forum on March 28, 2015 with the one and only, multi-talented, phenomenon: Nick Jonas as the host. Nick Jonas, Iggy Azalea and Jennifer Hudson and 5 Seconds of Summer will all be taking over the stage and giving performances that fans and celebrities alike will never forget! Nickelodeon even added four new categories this year to the award shows and opened up more opportunities for fans to vote such as letting fans have their voices be heard by tweeting who they want to see win a coveted blimp by using #KCA. Let’s just say, Nickelodeon never fails in making the Kids’ Choice Awards a great experience for everyone!

Speaking of the Kids’ Choice Awards experience! After watching the award show on TV, have you ever wondered what it would be like to actually be at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards? Well, Nickelodeon is at it again engaging fans in an outstanding way by giving them the ultimate Kids’ Choice Awards Experience. Nickelodeon held its first stop of the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards Experience on March 7, 2015 in New Jersey as it leads up to the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards itself. At the event, attendees were able to get the once in a lifetime chance of meeting Nickelodeon stars and Kids’ Choice Awards nominees, the dazzling The Thundermans star, Kira Kosarin and the charming, The Haunted Hathaways star Benjamin Flores Jr. live in person! Nickelodeon offered an endless amount of activities from having an airbrush tattoo station which I myself even happened to get a #KCA airbrush tattoo, a voting booth – so of course, everyone can cast their votes for their favorites and let’s not forget the incredible NickRadio was at the event too bringing everyone some spectacular tunes as they enjoyed their very own Kids’ Choice Awards experience. The awesome Maxwell of NickRadio had attendees dancing and singing along to great songs like “Trouble” by Iggy Azalea and Jennifer Hudson and “All About That Bass” by Meghan Trainor, to name a few.

One of the many highlights of the event was the slime! Nickelodeon gave the opportunity for people to get slimed and I know it has always been a dream of mine ever since I was younger while watching the Kids’ Choice Awards to get slimed. I’ve always wondered, “What does slime feel like?”, “What does it smell like?” and thanks to Nickelodeon, my burning slime questions have been answered!! As a whole, the event was beyond brilliant and was a perfect day for families and friends! Whether it be with their highly-acclaimed TV shows or their renowned award shows or their fantastic events like this one – Nickelodeon brings families even closer together. Nickelodeon can make everyone of all ages have the biggest smile on their face and when you watch Nickelodeon, you have a second family, the orange family! Nickelodeon is truly remarkable!
