It’s officially the new year, and as 2016 begins, it only means one thing: a new year, a new you! One of the most popular New Year’s resolutions is to live a healthier lifestyle – eating healthier, getting exercise and living positively. One of everyone’s favorite TV shows is coming back to our TV screens with its seventeenth season and what better way to get your New Year’s resolutions started than by watching the premiere of an all new season of “The Biggest Loser” on January 4, 2016.
The 17th season of “The Biggest Loser” is back with a lot of new things for a new season in the new year – from a new theme, to a new logo, new gym, and an incredible new host, none other than the remarkable Bob Harper himself! After serving the role as a trainer on the previous 16 seasons of the show, the outstanding Bob Harper brings something new to this season with his new job as a host. “The Biggest Loser” season 17’s theme is all about temptation and will challenge contestants on how they can overcome their temptations and continue to do so even when they leave the ranch. Who better people to help encourage these fantastic contestants than Bob Harper, one of the most highly-acclaimed fitness specialists and three time #1 New York Times best-selling author, as well as this season’s trainers, Dolvett Quince and Jen Widerstrom.
“The Biggest Loser” is one show that captivates all viewers and encourages everyone that everyone can live that healthy life they’ve desired. This new season of “The Biggest Loser” brings continued excitement with NBC veterans, former “Celebrity Apprentice” contestant and the original “Survivor” winner, Richard Hatch, and ‘The Voice’ season two semi-finalist Erin Willett teaming up as contestants on the show.
