Another week, another set of new challenges for the incredible and inspiring contestants of NBC’s life-changing and highly-acclaimed TV show, “The Biggest Loser”. January 18, 2016 was night three of the remarkable, weight-loss competition show “The Biggest Loser,” and the two episodes that aired were filled with contestants having to resist yet another temptation as well as having to create new relationships on the show. “The Biggest Loser” is a magnificent show that is truly so motivating for the contestants as well as viewers at home, and the show encourages everyone to live a healthier lifestyle. There is no wonder as to why everyone has their channels switched to NBC’s “The Biggest Loser” every Monday come 9:00 – 11:00 PM.
In the past two episodes that aired on January 18th, contestants had to face another temptation – digital distractions. We all know how tempting it is to constantly use our phones and check our social media networks, but for the contestants, they had to go through an obstacle course filled with digital distractions and the team that won, well, they had another tough choice to make – either reconnecting with the real world and being able to video chat with their loved ones or having the opportunity to have exclusive use of the gym for an entire week. In the following episode, there was a switch-a-roo as the teams were mixed up and contestants had to make new relationships. The new teams had to go through a physical and mental challenge and the winning team received a three pound advantage during the weigh in. The contestants were also given another last-chance challenge by the outstanding host, Bob Harper which seemed to be one of the hardest last-chance challenges yet.
I, Alexisjoyvipaccess had the great pleasure of interviewing “The Biggest Loser” contestants Richard Hatch and Sarah Gilbert. Richard Hatch and Sarah Gilbert dished exclusively to Alexisjoyvipaccess on advice that they would give out to viewers and people in general who would like to live a healthier lifestyle. They also talked about something they felt was extremely challenging that they had to endure while on the show and how they felt it helped them the most.
