The largest independent film festival in the United States is currently taking place and is surely the number one trending topic this week, none other than the extraordinary and renowned Sundance Film Festival. Each year, held in Utah, the Sundance Film Festival continues to bring more of a love and admiration for the exceptional works of independent filmmakers. From bringing out to the public new dramatic and documentary projects, music events, panel discussions and more, the sensational Sundance Film Festival is one event that continues to greatly impact the wonderful world of filmmaking.
On January 23, 2016 in Park City, Utah, National Geographic brought together Brett Morgen, Sebastian Junger, Marina Zenovich, and Simon Chinn, who all have documentary projects on the National Geographic Channel, to be a part of an incredible panel, National Geographic Channels’ “Documentary All Stars: The Champions of Nonfiction,” that was moderated by Stacey Wilson Hunt of NY Magazine at the Sundance Film Festival.
