Each week, we have joined the remarkable and inspiring contestants’ weight loss journey on the extraordinary and spectacular NBC show, “The Biggest Loser,” and each week, we see the contestants learn things to help prepare them to live a healthier lifestyle even off the ranch. This season of “The Biggest Loser” called “Temptation Nation” is all about resisting temptations; and this week the challenge was at an ultimate high as contestants spent an entire week away from the ranch and were put to the test of using everything they’ve learned so far while on the weight loss competition show. As the contestants, incredible trainers Jen Widerstrom and Dolvett Quince and spectacular host, Bob Harper join together to form one motivating nation, it is admirable to see that with support, hard-work and determination, the contestants are able to reach their goals and live healthier lives. “The Biggest Loser” is one of the most magnificent and encouraging shows and is truly another one of NBC’s many masterpieces.
In the episodes that aired on Monday, February 1st, viewers were able to see two lucky contestants go home for a full week. Such a special treat for the two contestants, however, the contestants were faced with trying to resist a lot of temptations while being off the ranch as the only weights that were being counted during the weigh-in were the weights of the two contestants who went home. Host Bob Harper made a special visit and gave one incredible and intense work-out while trainers Jen Widerstrom and Dolvett Quince pushed their team-mates even further back on the ranch. In the second episode, contestants were put to the ultimate test that they have been working towards this whole time – being able to continue to live a healthy lifestyle even when they are off the ranch. The contestants were tremendously challenged as they were now placed in singles and had to spend a whole week away from the ranch. With this, the outstanding contestants had to make healthy choices and resist all sorts of temptations and bad food choices using all of the knowledge they have from their experience on the ranch. In addition to that, the winner of the obstacle challenge got one of the best prizes during the weigh-in.
