What’s better than being off from school / work on President’s Day? Celebrating it with the one and only Nickelodeon, of course! The renowned Nickelodeon always has a lot of exciting things in store for all of its viewers and this President’s Day weekend is about to be an extra fun one with Nickelodeon’s “President’s Day Weekend Krabby Patty Party.” Head on over to Bikini Bottom during your extra long weekend as there will be a marathon of episodes and new “Spongebob Squarepants” content that will be available both on-air and online. To add even more excitement, there will be a special half-hour episode of “Spongebob Squarepants” titled “Goodbye, Krabby Patty?” airing on Monday, February 20th at 7:00 PM ET / PT that will have a very special guest-star, the one and only Jon Hamm!

Jon Hamm “lends his voice as the sharp-witted and devastatingly charming Grouper, who has a big plan for the Krabby Patty that may prove irresistible, even to the impervious Mr. Krabs. In the episode, Mr. Krabs manufactures Krabby Patties on an industrial scale, but it drives a wedge between SpongeBob and Patrick.” (source: press release)

The amazing Krabby Patty weekend kicks off on Saturday, February 18th, but you can also join in on all of the fun ahead of time because starting on February 13th, a new game called, Spongebob Squarepants Cartoon Creator will be available on Nick.com and the Nick App for everyone to enjoy. The game allows users to make interactive cartoon strips with Spongebob-inspired avatars. How cool is that?!

In addition, the Krusty Krab Facebook page will be bringing some real-life elements to its page as throughout the month, there will be Krusty Krab press releases shared, Facebook exclusives, in-store only offers and more leading up to the highly-anticipated release of a new product that is seen in the episode, “Frozen Krabby Patty.”

After the special of “Goodbye, Krabby Patty?” stick around for some more exceptional content as Nickelodeon will be giving viewers a sneak peek to its new, outstanding, animated series, “Bunsen Is A Beast,” which is created by the iconic Butch Hartman (creator of “The Fairly Oddparents”) and focuses on the first beast to attend human school. The series will premiere on February 21st at 5:30 PM ET / PT and air through February 24th. The show will then continue to air Saturdays at 10:30 AM ET / PT.

So much is in store for this President’s Day Weekend so mark your calendars and get ready to celebrate it with Spongebob, Patrick, Mr. Krabs and Don Grouper in Bikini Bottom!
