Halloween is right around the corner and there’s one place that’s at the top of our list to go trick-or-treating at… you guessed it, it’s Bikini Bottom! Who doesn’t want to hang with SpongeBob SquarePants, Patrick, Squidward, Sandy Cheeks, Mr. Krabs and Plankton and get some delicious candy and treats and maybe trick a few Bikini Bottom friends. Nickelodeon is bringing extra excitement this Halloween with a phenomenal and highly-anticipated SpongeBob SquarePants special, and it’s not just any special – it’s a unique, stop-motion one! In the outstanding SpongeBob SquarePants: The Legend of Boo-Kini Bottom special, the Flying Dutchman is on a mission to get everyone scared this Halloween and he has one person especially in mind – SpongeBob!

This remarkable special is filled with a whole lot of spook-tacular excitement! SpongeBob and his squad are decked out in some fun costumes and everyone’s homes are brought to another epic, Halloween level. According to the press release, “Bikini Bottom is decked out for Halloween and features Sandy’s treedome as a mad scientist’s lab, including a giant remotely operated Acorn Monster; Mr. Krabs’ restaurant as “The Horrors of the Chum Bucket,” displaying scenes of Plankton torturing food; and Plankton’s restaurant as “The Horrors of the Krusty Krab,” telling the story of Mr. Krabs turning customers into Krabby Patties and more.”

Fans can even look forward to a brand new song in the special titled “The Scare Song,” which is performed by the Flying Dutchman’s crew of pirate ghosts.

Nickelodeon had an extraordinary time getting everyone in the Halloween spirit and extra thrilled for the SpongeBob SquarePants: The Legend of Boo-Kini Bottom special. Nickelodeon hosted a sensational, screening party on October 10, 2017 at their Burbank headquarters where they showcased an exclusive screening of the SpongeBob SquarePants: The Legend of Boo-Kini Bottom special. The fun continued as Nickelodeon also gave a sneak peek at Halloween-themed episodes of Lip Sync Battle Shorties and The Loud House.

In preparation for the awesome, gift-giving season, Nickelodeon also gave a first-hand look at Nick’s 2017 Holiday Gift Guide at the event. Needless to say, you’re going to want everything that Nickelodeon has to offer – from a SpongeBob SquarePants onesie (no, I’m not kidding and YES, I want one too!) to a slime-making kit, Her Arnold! slip-on shoes, JoJo Siwa merch and more! Your holiday wish-list is definitely going to be a long one as Nickelodeon has the greatest gifts to give this holiday.

Nickelodeon always knows how to throw one incredible party. Attendees were able to have some scrumptious snacks, snap some cool pictures at a photo-booth, take part in fun activities like pumpkin decorating, face-painting and more. Nickelodeon always puts a smile on everyone’s face and makes such a big impact in everyone’s lives.
