Covergirl celebrated its Fall 2018 collection with a special preview event that took place on May 8, 2018 at a private home in Los Angeles, California. The event was absolutely luxurious and showcased what has to be Covergirl’s best collection yet.
As soon as celebs and beauty influencers entered in the Covergirl house, they were welcomed with tons of ravishing Covergirl goodies. Inside the Covergirl house was a spectacular pool adorned with fantastic balloons and Covergirl’s new brand campaign “I Am What I Makeup.” The remarkable event had an endless amount of excitement at every turn. In one corner, there was a super cute Covergirl mirror where attendees were able to leave their mark in lipstick style by signing their name on the mirror using one of Covergirl’s many lipstick shades. Right by the mirror was something every guest was gushing over – the opportunity to get their lipstick read! Yes, you read that right. Attendees put on some lipstick and got ready to pucker up on a piece of paper. Once they gave their sheet a smooch, they were able to get their lipstick read and learn qualities about themselves they may have never known could have been read just off that pretty lipstick / lip shape of theirs.
Of course, a sensational event like this calls for many wonderful photo-opps and the Covergirl event definitely had a ton of them. In one photo-booth, attendees were able to lay like a #QUEEN on a bunch of pillows that represented the shades of Covergirl’s new line of foundation. Guests were able to strike their poses and look oh, so stellar in their very own keepsake photo from the night. In another room, attendees were able to werk the camera with a fifteen second video made inside a black and white geometric room. Needless to say, guests were totally camera ready for all of these awesome snapshots.
Senior Vice President of Covergirl, Ukonwa Ojo was at the event to emphasize that indeed, we ALL are Covergirls. She had a marvelous time celebrating this exceptional, new collection and recognizing all of the Covergirls who radiate their beauty both inside and out. Ukonwa Ojo is truly a pioneering figure in the beauty world and she will definitely continue to bring a lot of magnificent innovations to the makeup industry.

To add onto all of the fun, there was a stellar DJ at the event blasting some of the greatest, hit songs. In addition, there was also delicious food including mini burgers and yummy desserts including macaroons (macaroon lovers would have been in heaven) and other scrumptious treats. Plus, guests were able to enjoy super yummy cocktails and drinks made right on the spot.
I, Alexisjoyvipaccess had an incredible time attending Covergirl’s Fall 2018 collection preview event. It certainly was one of the most unforgettable nights for all makeup enthusiasts.
