Mark your calendars and get ready as the prestigious MTV Movie & TV Awards will be making its way on over to the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California on June 17, 2019! The MTV Movie & TV Awards celebrates the best of the best in blockbuster hits and fan-favorite TV shows. This terrific award show is known for having an endless amount of epic moments, several appearances from brilliant celebrities and a whole lot of excitement. For an award show this amazing, there must be a host just as fantastic… right?! That’s where the one and only, Zachary Levi comes in!

MTV just recently announced that Shazam! star Zachary Levi is set to host this year’s MTV Movie & TV Awards. Shazam! was an instant success as soon as it debuted in theaters. We’re super thrilled to see Zachary Levi bring more of his superpowers on stage as he hosts this incredible award show.

The remarkable Zachary Levi shared his excitement over hosting the MTV Movie & TV Awards in the awesome post as seen below on his Instagram. Along with the video, he wrote, “Y’all…I’m hosting the @MTVMovie & TV awards…this is not a drill. This👏is👏real👏life👏!!! #mtvawards June 17th. We gon’ do the damn thang. 💁”
