Cast-members including David Arquette, Tom Arnold, Martin Martinez and many others gathered together at the premiere of their movie, Saving Flora on June 10, 2019 at the Landmark Theatre in Los Angeles, California. It truly was a special day celebrating a very special movie.
Saving Flora tells the story of a beloved, circus elephant named Flora. Now that Flora is older and suffers from severe arthritis, she can no longer perform the circus tricks that people flocked to see. Due to the increasing expenses at the circus, Flora was scheduled to be euthanized, but 14-year-old Dawn, the daughter of the circus owner, wasn’t going to allow that to happen. Dawn takes on a great feat by sneaking Flora out of the circus in order to bring her to an elephant preserve. Dawn must overcome many obstacles, but she’ll do everything she can to save an elephant who means so much to her.
This remarkable film stars the wonderful Jenna Ortega as Dawn. David Arquette, Tom Arnold, Martin Martinez, Leonor Varela, Galen Howard and Rhea Perlman round out the cast of this exceptional film. Tai plays the role of Flora. Saving Flora is such a stellar film that sheds light on the importance of saving animals. It’s a movie that brings hope to people of all ages and shows that we all can make strides in order to help the animals that live on our planet. Saving Flora truly is a phenomenal film for families and friends to enjoy. In fact, the producers of Saving Flora have even donated proceeds from the film to organizations that help elephants.
Alexisjoyvipaccess had an incredible time covering the premiere of Saving Flora. This film is so uplifting and is definitely one that you would want to see again and again. At the premiere, circus performers from Le PeTiT CiRqUe added extra excitement to the red carpet as they did tricks and brought joy to celebrities walking the carpet and press covering the event. After the screening of the magnificent movie, an after-party took place at Rocco’s Tavern.
