Emmy-winning media company, World of Wonder celebrated the greatest in entertainment, LGBTQ+ artistry, social media memes and more at the 2019 WOWie Awards, which took place on December 6, 2019 at the World of Wonder Headquarters in Hollywood, California.
The spectacular night was filled with fun and excitement as awards were given to fan-favorites including Trixie Mattel, Aisha Tyler, Alexis G. Zall, Jamal Sims and more. Awards were given in unique and fantastic categories such as “The America’s Next Top Meme Award,” “The Oh, She Got Jokes Award,” “The We Have No Choice But To Stan Award,” and many others.

Trixie Mattel was also honored with the Dragumentary Award at the event.
Trixie Mattel took the stage in an amazing Cher Horowitz-inspired outfit and gave her thanks for being honored with “The Best Dragumentary Award” as seen in the video below.
Miss Benny won the award for “Best Music.” Upon receiving the award, Miss Benny said, “Thank you guys so much – this is the best moment of my life! I only have three songs out, but next week I’ll have four songs out. And I know that Kacey Musgraves was nominated, and I know she won an Album of the Year, but I won a WOWie.”
