It’s time to roam the halls of Monster High with Clawdeen Wolf, Draculaura, Frankie Stein, and Deuce Gorgon as the highly-anticipated, ghoulishly fun, animated series, Monster High is set to premiere on Nickelodeon on Friday, Oct. 28 at 7 p.m. (ET/PT). From haute couture to fang-tastic adventures, each episode of Monster High is filled with a whole lot of monstrous excitement. This animated series, coupled with the live-action movie-musical that just premiered on Nickelodeon and Paramount+, is the network’s incredible way of continuing to expand the Monster High franchise and bring more thrilling stories to these beloved characters we all know and love. The wonderful series celebrates inclusivity and embracing who you are and what makes you unique.
Monster High follows the teenage children of famous monsters. In the series, we’re introduced to Draculaura, the daughter of none other than Dracula. Having a dad as renowned as Dracula makes her a certified monster, but Draculaura does harbor a very big secret – she has desires of becoming a witch, something that’s against the rules at Monster High. But, with amazing friends like Clawdeen Wolf and Frankie Stein by her side, Draculaura can get through anything!
Fan-favorite fashionista, Draculaura is voiced by the brilliantly talented, Courtney Lin. The outstanding Lin is a gifted voice artist who does such a phenomenal job in every project she is a part of. Lin’s impressive voice-acting resume includes work in Nickelodeon’s The Casagrandes, Crash: The Animated Series, and many other terrific projects. The talented Lin truly does a remarkable job bringing the adored character of Draculaura to life in Monster High and we know fans will be captivated by Lin’s magnificent performance in the animated show.
In the premiere episode of Monster High titled “Food Fight,” Draculaura gives a presentation to the class condemning witchcraft, but when doors are closed, Draculaura whips out her spell book and practices witchcraft herself. When things go astray and a spell she conducts brings one of her tater tots to life, Draculaura must enlist her friends Clawdeen Wolf and Frankie Stein to help her stop even more “creep-eteria” snacks from coming to life. Following after “Food Fight” is “Unfinished Brain-ness,” where Frankie gets some help from Clawdeen and Draculaura to break away from being “cursed” from their brain’s past life.
Monster High is one extraordinary series that shows it’s boos through it all. With fabulous friends who always have your back, it’s bound to be one creeperific time!
