The Fairly Oddparents: Fairly Odder took home the title of “Favorite Kids TV Show” at the 2023 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards and there truly isn’t any surprise there. The outstanding cast brought absolute magic to our screens with this incredible and light-hearted reboot of a beloved Nickelodeon classic we all loved, The Fairly Oddparents.
The terrific show welcomed us all into the town of Dimmsdale when Ty Turner uprooted his life to reunite with his high-school sweetheart, Rachel Raskin. Stuck in an unfamiliar place, Ty’s daughter, Viv struggles to adjust to life in a new town, but with her stepbrother, Roy by her side and her newly bestowed fairy godparents, Wanda and Cosmo, Viv is able to navigate all of life’s crazy and whimsical adventures.
The Fairly Oddparents: Fairly Odder is a phenomenal show. It combines live-action and animation in a seamless and brilliant way. Plus, the cast, consisting of Audrey Grace Marshall, Tyler Wladis, Imogen Cohen, Laura Bell Bundy, and RJ Hatanaka, create such a sensational family both on and off-screen that is so enjoyable to watch. From every unsuspected surprise to each fairy godparent mishap, the cast has brought viewers on a merry and exciting journey of wands and wings, floaty crowny things.
