Whether he’s setting sail in Sardinia, Italy or enjoying some fresh powder in Steamboat Springs, Colo., the terrific Alex Propson has established himself as a fan-favorite TV personality that we all can’t get enough of. We were first introduced to Propson when he joined the cast of season four of Bravo’s hit show, Below Deck Sailing Yacht. We saw Propson, who is a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Captain, and the Parsifal III crew embark on all of their adventures. But, not everything was fun and games, as they had to balance both playing hard…and working hard. Needless to say, we’re thrilled that Propson joined the Below Deck Sailing Yacht family as the show wouldn’t have been the same without him.
The “Nauti Man” then swapped his flip flops for some snow boots when he joined season three of Bravo’s Winter House. From hitting up the mountain, to enjoying a Wild West party, and making drinks based off their exes, we saw the Winter House cast have a blast and show Colorado a good time. Plus, we also got to see one of the greatest bromances on TV between Propson and Winter House cast-mate, Tom Schwartz. It goes without saying that Winter House truly is everyone’s obsession, and the amazing Alex Propson never fails to bring TV gold to our screens.
When he’s not working on some of Bravo’s best binge-worthy shows, Propson keeps busy with his yoga and fitness journey. The fantastic Propson inspires his fans with excellent fitness and mindfulness tips.
