What if true love and career success is predicted to be in store within the next five dates you go on—would you give it a shot? Prime Video‘s new original movie, Picture This, will melt your heart and encourage you to take a risk as it follows photographer Pia (played by the sensational Simone Ashley) who has a run-in with her ex Charlie (portrayed by the brilliant Hero Fiennes Tiffin) at her sister’s wedding party. While Pia manages some financial troubles with her business, she must also balance her family playing match-maker for her as she goes on dates with guys they chose for her with hopes she’ll find one to bring to her sister’s wedding. Will Pia be able to save her business and find the right guy for her, or will things get complicated with her ex now literally in the picture?
Simone Ashley and Hero Fiennes Tiffin had a spectacular time lighting up New York City at the special screening of Picture This, which took place on March 5 at the NeueHouse Madison Square. Ashley and Tiffin were all smiles at the event as they celebrated the release of their picture perfect film.
Directed by Prarthana Mohan and written by Nikita Lalwani, Picture This is absolutely magical. There are a lot of rom-com movies out, but this definitely has to be one of the best ones released in the past decade. The cast is incredible and there are a countless amount of noteworthy and memorable moments and one-liners that you’ll never forget. You’ll want the same passion that Pia has for her career. You’ll want a bestie like Jay (played by the unforgettable Luke Fetherston) who you know you can always count on. And, come on, it’s hard not to want someone to look at you the way Charlie looks at Pia.
In addition to Ashley, Tiffin, and Fetherston, Picture This stars Sindhu Vee, Nikesh Patel, Adil Ray, Anoushka Chadha, and Phil Dunster.
To continue on with the excitement, the radiant Ashley even surprised fans with an appearance at a Bollywood dance class during her time in New York.
