It’s time to take a trip to Oz with Loungefly’s new Wicked: For Good collection! From spectacular mini backpacks to terrific Funko Pop! figurines, and so much more, this outstanding collection will change you… for good.
Loungefly hosted a thrillifying celebration in honor of the marvelous collection on Oct. 1. Guests dressed up in their most swankified Ozian attire and made their way to The W Hollywood in Los Angeles, California, for an inside look at all the fantastic new products.
Whether guests fixed their crowns with the Glinda Bubble Mini Backpack or had a witchy good time with the web-exclusive Elphaba Cosplay Mini Backpack, everyone was left in awe as they embraced their inner Glinda and Elphaba. Attendees also got to “shop” the products and take home some goodies of their own.
Wicked: For Good Collaborations
If you’re headed to Emerald City, you’ll need some fabulous nails (à la Cynthia Erivo), right?! KISS and imPRESS showcased their magical press-on nail collections, while Sock Candy exhibited their chic Wicked x Sock Candy fashion socks—great for pairing with ballet flats, heels, or just about any kind of footwear. Want to see the world through pink or green-colored glasses? At the event, DIFF showcased eyewear inspired by the movie’s fan-favorite characters. From fashionable Elphaba Wire Frames to beautiful cat-eye frames adorned with bubble accents, you’ll be stylin’ in the most amazing Wicked: For Good looks.
Beyond the stunning collections, the event featured dazzling photo ops, delicious drinks and hors d’oeuvres, and awesome beats spun by a live DJ. One of the major highlights was a special display featuring Glinda and Elphaba’s film costumes. To top off the excitement, guests could even get a personalized tarot reading.
I had a phenomenal time attending the Wicked: For Good x Loungefly event and I was completely mesmerized by all of the products—perfect whether you’re dressing up as a Wicked character for Halloween or adding these items to your holiday wishlists.
