It’s the most wonderful time of the year because the Vanderpump Dog Foundation’s annual Gala is here! Each year, the multifaceted Lisa Vanderpump brings together her celebrity friends and plenty of four-legged pals at the Vanderpump Dog Foundation Gala to raise awareness and vital funds in support of the foundation’s incredible work rescuing and rehabilitating dogs both domestically and internationally. This year’s event embodied what December is truly about, the season of giving, as it inspired attendees to help the foundation continue finding forever homes for these beloved furry friends.
Inside the 7th Annual Vanderpump Dog Foundation Gala
The 7th Annual Vanderpump Dog Foundation Gala took place on December 11 at The Maybourne Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. The holiday lights weren’t the only things shining that night; attendees’ smiles lit up the room as they gathered for this life-changing event. The spectacular, sold-out evening kicked off with a silent auction and cocktail hour. Once the doors officially opened, guests were treated to a sensational night featuring music, outstanding live performances, celebrity speakers, and an exciting live auction.
Mario Lopez returned to host this year’s magical night. Lisa Vanderpump proudly spoke about the foundation’s one-of-a-kind work, highlighting how the Vanderpump Dog Foundation has helped more than 3,000 dogs find homes. She also shared details about the foundation’s many other impactful efforts, including the Emergency Medical Fund, which has helped treat hundreds of dogs, the China Program, Baja Mexico spay and neuter efforts, the Vanderpump Nursery, and several international initiatives.
This year’s gala was filled with heartwarming moments. The Vanderpump Dog Foundation honored the Los Angeles Fire Department with the Dog Heroes Award of the Year, recognizing their courageous service to both the community and animals. Other highlights included presentations from Lisa Vanderpump’s close friends and longtime supporters of the foundation, Lance Bass and Trixie Mattel. Guests also enjoyed wonderful performances by Emma Hunton, C.J. Emmons, and the band VERSE by West Coast Music.
