Armor up, Armorsaurs! Get ready for your most important mission—binge-watching all the episodes of Season 1 of the hit series Armorsaurs when it premieres on Disney+ on Feb. 18. Ever since it premiered on Disney XD, kids and families have been enjoying every minute of the action-packed and incredible show. Armorsaurs, developed by MGA Entertainment and distributed by CAKE Entertainment, is a remake of the 2021 South Korean television show Armored Saurus.

This spectacular series, directed by David Feiss and produced by Kevin Yi, follows five teen pilots and their armored dinosaurs as they take on a groundbreaking mission to save the planet. Millions of years ago, an alien race wiped out all the dinosaurs. With the dinosaurs now back and another advanced alien race looming, five teens are chosen to join the Armorsaurs Initiative Program because they possess a rare genetic marker. This genetic marker allows them to form a bond with a dinosaur and operate the sophisticated battle armor that turns these dinosaurs into the saving grace and line of defense needed for a mission of this magnitude.

Armorsaurs stars Jailen Bates (“Liam”), Jacob Makabi (“T.J.”), Derrick Kwak (“Joon”), Avianna Mynhier (“Paloma”), Sade Louise (“Prisca”), and Andrew Russell (“Dr. Chandler”).

Armorsaurs features adrenaline-filled, epic moments and highlights many wonderful themes—including the importance of strong bonds. Not only do the characters form bonds with their dinosaurs and with each other, but viewers: kids, families, and friends, can also strengthen their own bonds and create unforgettable memories while watching this brilliant show.

A Step Inside the Armorsaurs World

MGA Entertainment hosted a special press junket where attendees were fully immersed in the Armorsaurs universe. Guests entered in the Armorsaurs Headquarters and listened to an engaging panel discussion with the cast, Director David Feiss, and Producer Kevin Yi, moderated by the show’s very own Andrew Russell.

“Part of understanding the world [of this show] is understanding that the scope is huge, but because we wanted to make sure that the stories were intimate and that it really was about the pilots and the human characters, we really wanted to make sure that these stories were relatable, especially for kids, and adults as well,” said Yi. “So I think seeing these massive dinosaurs and these incredible action sequences, and yet, also focusing on these human insecurities and fears and how these people deal with those things, I think that’s what makes the show relatable and ultimately draw people into these stories.”

From action figures to Armorsaurs Armor-Up Dinosaurs, MGA Entertainment is launching an extraordinary toy collection this March that will allow kids to bring all the on-screen excitement straight into their homes.
