Article: Nickelodeon Renews Brand New Seasons Of “Rise Of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,” “Henry Danger,” “Hunter Street,” “Knight Squad” And “The Dude Perfect Show!”

Nickelodeon never ceases to amaze us with all of the stupendous content it brings out to all of its viewers. This spectacular network is known for being the number-one network for kids and it shares an endless amount of brilliant masterpieces – from animated and live-action shows to epic award shows. Well, get ready for more new episodes of some of your favorite shows as Nickelodeon revealed several, hit series that have been renewed for brand new seasons!

At the 2018 Television Critics Association press tour held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, California, Nickelodeon announced the season two pick-up of its reimagined, 2D-animated series, Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles before the show has even premiered on our TV screens. The second season of this adventure-packed show will begin production this fall at Nickelodeon’s Burbank headquarters.

According to the press release, “Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles season one will debut on Monday, Sept. 17, with the global rollout set to premiere this fall across Nickelodeon’s channels and branded blocks in 170+ countries and territories. The all-new original animated series follows the Turtles on different adventures as they master new powers, encounter absurd mutants and battle bizarre villains, each with their own motivations. Ranging from mystics, mutants and madmen, new creatures and villains emerge to take on the brothers in battles across New York City.”

Some more exciting news is coming your way! Nickelodeon also revealed that fan-favorite shows including Henry Danger, Hunter Street, Knight Squad and The Dude Perfect Show have been renewed for more seasons. Needless to say, we’re going to have a countless amount of incredible things to binge-watch on TV.

The number-one ranked kid’s show, Henry Danger has been picked up for a fifth season consisting of 20 episodes. The press release shared some more fun that fans can look forward to and said that “the new season will introduce brand-new villains and offer surprises that will expand the mythology of the show.”

Hunter Street was renewed for a third season with 30 episodes. Knight Squad was renewed for a second season with 10 episodes and The Dude Perfect Show was picked up for a third season with 15 episodes.

Article: You Have To See The Character Art Of John Cena’s Villainous Character, Baron Draxum In “Rise Of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!”

We’re starting our countdowns and we can’t wait until Nickelodeon’s highly-anticipated, brand new, animated series, Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles making its way onto our TV screens later this year. The show has everything and more that we can ask for – an incredible storyline, an all-star cast and of course, it’s about the legendary Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. There is one other thing that we’re super excited about – that our fave, the one and only John Cena will be voicing the role of the villainous character, Baron Draxum in the show.

During Nickelodeon’s very exciting Upfront presentation held in New York City, the first look at the official character art was revealed for Baron Draxum. John Cena shared his excitement over voicing the role of the interesting character and said, “I’ve always been a fan of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise, so getting the opportunity to voice a character, especially the villain Baron Draxum, is truly special.” (source: press release)

Article: WWE Icon John Cena Has Three, Exciting Projects With Nickelodeon Including Hosting The 2018 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards – Learn More About It Here!

There are a countless amount of reasons why we all love John Cena. He’s a WWE icon, he has one of the most vibrant, outgoing, charming and fun-loving personalities, and he’s someone who inspires everyone to work hard and follow after their dreams. That’s why, we’re super excited to hear that this 2018, Nickelodeon and John Cena have teamed up to work on three, incredibly exciting projects that we all are so thrilled over.

Nickelodeon just recently announced that the legendary John Cena will be returning for his second year as the host of the renowned, prestigious and slime-tastic award show, the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards. John Cena did a sensational job hosting the brilliant award show last year and we know that he will continue to bring extra excitement, slime and tons of smiles on everyone’s face again this year. The 2018 Nickelodeon KCAs will take place on March 24th at the “Fabulous” Forum in Inglewood, California and we know that this year’s award show will be one of the best ones yet!

In addition, John Cena will also be voicing the role of a villainous character in the brand new, Nickelodeon animated series, Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. According to the press release, “Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ newest villain, Baron Draxum, will be voiced by Cena.  Baron Draxum is an alchemist warrior mutant who seeks to turn all of humanity into mutants. Cena’s reoccurring character will appear in the premiere episode and throughout the series, which follows the band of brothers as they encounter new mutants and villains and discover a mystical world they never knew existed beneath the streets of New York City.  Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will bow later this year.” 

To add onto the amazing news, John Cena will also be executive producing a brand new, competition show on Nickelodeon titled, Keep It Spotless. Fans will absolutely love this series as it’s filled with tons of action-packed and super fun moments.

“Keep It Spotless, Nickelodeon’s new competition series, is executive produced by Cena and features kids competing in a variety of physical and paint-filled challenges designed with one goal in mind–to stay as clean as possible.  After each game, a 360 degree scanner will measure each teams’ mess to determine just how spotless they really are.  The winning team will face The Gauntlet, a multiple-challenge obstacle course, where they can turn their cleanliness into cold hard cash.  Keep It Spotless is produced by ITV Entertainment and Hard Nocks South Productions, based on a UK format from Possessed, and scheduled to premiere later this year.” (source: press release)

John Cena shared his excitement over all of his magnificent projects with Nickelodeon and said, “I’m thrilled to partner with Nickelodeon on three big projects that run the range of what kids love–slime-filled live events, awesomely cool animation and competition shows where kids take their shot at being the best. It’s an honor to come back a second time to host the biggest, slimiest party of the year, the Kids’ Choice Awards. A star-studded list of celebrity guests, amazing musical performances, and of course, tons and tons of slime, yup, we’re talking about the one outstanding event that was truly the night’s trending topic and it continues to be the talk of the town for the rest of this month, it’s the epic 2017 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards! Every year, fans from all over mark down their calendars and wait for one of the biggest and most exciting events of the year, the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, which celebrates kids’ love for all things in pop culture: from music, movies, TV shows, social media, and more. The remarkable and stupendous 2017 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards made its way to the USC Galen Center in Los Angeles, California yesterday, March 11, 2017 for one unforgettable and terrific night for attendees and all viewers.

The Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards is known for an endless amount of awesome surprises and there wasn’t a dull moment throughout the exhilarating award show. As soon as the award show started, fan-favorite actor, Jace Norman, who also happened to win the “Favorite Male TV Star” award at the KCAs, went straight from the Henry Danger set to the orange carpet for a fun live opening to the award show where he passed on the mic to host John Cena to get the show started with a whole lot of fun. With an award show as magnificent and full of energy as the Kids’ Choice Awards, there is one perfect person who can take on the role as host in such an effortlessly cool and sensational way, of course, it is none other than the legendary WWE superstar John Cena who got everyone watching the KCAs up on their feet and screaming with excitement.

What’s an award show without some excellent performances? Well, the KCAs got everyone jamming out with two extraordinary performances. First to the stage was the brilliant Camila Cabello and Machine Gun Kelly who sang their hit, chart-topping track, “Bad Things.” Of course, Camila Cabello and Machine Gun Kelly impressed everyone with one exceptional performance that left everyone in awe. A little while after, girl group sensation Little Mix took the stage with a fabulous medley of their terrific songs, “Shoutout To My Ex” and “Touch.” The lovely ladies of Little Mix totally slayed the stage and gave a marvelous performance and even won the blimp for “Favorite Global Music Star.”

There were so many wonderful highlights from one of the greatest award shows of the year. The incredible Demi Lovato made her way to the stage for a “Smurfs: The Lost Village” sneak peek and some smurftastic fun. Game Shakers stars Cree Cicchino and Madisyn Shipman went on stage and Madisyn got a smurf makeover. Transformers: The Last Night stars Isabela Moner and Benjamin Flores Jr. gave fans an inside look at the highly-anticipated movie and got everyone even more excited to see the outstanding film. The cast of the Power Rangers including Becky G, Dacre Montgomery, Naomi Scott, RJ Cyler, and Ludi Lin made a special appearance at the event alongside their Power Rangers helmets and even got a slime attack. In addition, John Cena and Nick Cannon battled it out with a great dance off and Fifth Harmony took home the blimp for “Favorite Music Group.”

This year, fans were able to interact with the KCAs more than ever. Everyone was able to vote to see what happened during the live show of the KCAs including seeing Jack Griffo and Kira Kosarin take on the “chubby bunny” challenge, seeing Big Sean and Bethany Mota throw shirts out to the audience, and the Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn cast take on an adrenaline-filled arm wrestling challenge against John Cena that was judged by the one and only, DJ Khaled.

Of course, the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards isn’t complete without a ton of slime moments! A total of five, phenomenal slime attacks happened at the KCAs. Demi Lovato was slimed during her Smurf-sational segment. Chris Pratt even got slimed at the KCAs control room and the Power Rangers cast got some slime action of their own. The one and only, profound actor Kevin Hart took home three blimps for “Favorite Villain,” “Most Wanted Pet,” and “BFFs,” and Nickelodeon couldn’t allow Kevin Hart to get off the stage without being covered from head to toe in green slime. The grand finale of the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards ended off with the iconic John Cena getting a slime dousing as another remarkable KCAs came to a close.

So many spectacular celebrities made their way on over to the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards including Ellen DeGeneres, Demi Lovato, Kevin Hart, Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey, DJ Khaled, Heidi Klum, Big Sean, Gwen Stefani, Chloe and Halle Bailey, Nikki Bella, Dove Cameron, Miranda Cosgrove, Aaron Carpenter, Mark Cuban, Noah Cyrus, Jacob Hopkins, Terrell Ransom Jr, Carson Lueders, Chloe Lukasiak, Cameron Boyce, Laura Marano, Bethany Mota, Isabela Moner, Johnny Orlando and Lauren Orlando, Neel Sethi, Jacob Sartorius, Alli Simpson and Tom Simpson, JoJo Siwa, Juanpa Zurita, Benjamin Lasnier, Zendaya, Nat Wolff, Maddie Ziegler, and many, many more. The casts of hit shows including Game Shakers stars Cree Cicchino, Madisyn Shipman, Benjamin Flores Jr, and Thomas Kuc, School of Rock stars Breanna Yde, Ricardo Hurtado, Aidan Miner, Lance Lim, and Jade Pettyjohn, Hunter Street stars Stony Blyden, MaeMae Renfrow, Daan Creyghton, Thomas Jansen, and Kyra Smith, and more were also in attendance. The cast of Netflix’s Fuller House also made their way to accept their blimp for “Favorite TV Show – Family Show.”

Every year, the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards brings everyone an indescribable amount of joy and happiness. Nickelodeon events always capture what it’s like to be a kid and be a kid at heart in such an exciting and enjoyable way. Nickelodeon events, like the Kids’ Choice Awards, celebrate what kids love and show that the best thing is to enjoy your childhood and the things that even as an adult, make you think and feel the happiness of being a kid. The Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards was yet another awe-inspiring masterpiece this year.

Each year, Nickelodeon continues to surpass fans’ expectations and the terrific network manages to make their epic award show bigger, better, and more slimetastic as the years go by. Needless to say, on March 11th, history will be made in all ways – from sensational celebrity appearances, to excellent musical performances and a whole lot of surprise slime attacks at this year’s 2017 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards airing live from the USC Galen Center in Los Angeles, California. Of course, with an award show this outstanding, a magnificent host is needed and that’s where the legendary WWE superstar and Nickelodeon favorite, John Cena comes in as the host. With his great energy and positive persona, John Cena is the perfect host for this year’s renowned and prestigious award show. 

This year’s KCAs promises even more excitement. The wonderful Camila Cabello and Machine Gun Kelly are set to perform their hit, chart-topping song “Bad Things” at the award show while girl group sensation, Little Mix will also make their way to the KCAs to perform a medley of their songs “Touch” and “Shoutout To My Ex.” Plus, the 2017 Nickelodeon KCAs has a star-studded list of celebs who will also be attending and joining in on the fun including Ellen DeGeneres, Chris Evans, Chris Pines, DJ Khaled, Nick Cannon, Nikki and Brie Bella, Demi Lovato, The Chainsmokers and more as well as cast-members from hit Nickelodeon shows including Game Shakers, Henry Danger, The Thundermans, School of Rock, and more. With so many celeb guests, we don’t know who we will fan-girl / fan-boy over the most and who we would love to see walking out of the KCAs covered in green slime.

Fans were also able to have their voices heard and vote for their favorites to win a coveted blimp in various categories including some new categories such as “Favorite Frenemies,” “#Squad,” and “Most Wanted Pet,” amongst others.

It’s here – it’s really, really here! The Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards is one stupendous and renowned award show that everyone always looks forward to. It’s filled with all of our favorite celebrities being honored with a coveted Nickelodeon KCA blimp for their excellent projects in TV, film, music, and pop culture. It has excellent performances and even a WWE legend as a host, none other than the one and only John Cena, so what could possibly be better than that?! Oh, right – a whole lot of slime at the most unexpected times! So many amazing celebrities will be making their way again to the prestigious and magnificent Nickelodeon KCAs, so we wonder who will be slimed this time!

Nickelodeon never fails to impress everyone and they managed to make this year’s KCAs even more incredible! The nominees for the 2017 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards have just been announced and we’re screaming with happiness with just how exceptional the nominees are. Article: Meet This Year’s Host For The Renowned 2017 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards – The One And Only, John Cena!

He’s known for being one of the greatest WWE wrestlers, an incredible actor, and he’s basically one of the coolest and most phenomenal individuals on this planet, and on top of that, he’s also going to be hosting one of the biggest, most epic and slime-tastic nights in entertainment history! Nickelodeon never fails to impress everyone with all of their outstanding masterpieces: from live-action to animated shows, award shows, and beyond, so when Nickelodeon hinted at some big news that would be revealed today, January 24th about the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, we knew that it was going to be absolutely stupendous.

Nickelodeon announced the spectacular news today that the one and only, iconic John Cena will be hosting the renowned and prestigious Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards this year – we are totally screaming with excitement. John Cena always radiates his positive persona and great energy to all that surround him. Plus, he’s super great with kids and he always shows his love to his fans, so he’s a perfect fit as the host for this year’s award show.

The Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards is one award show that everyone always looks forward to – it’s filled with a whole lot of fun, amazing performances, exceptional celebrities guests, oh and one more thing: an endless amount of slime! The KCAs will be making its way over to the USC Galen Center on March 11, 2017 at 8:00 – 9:30 PM ET/PT and it looks like this year’s host, John Cena is ready for some slime action!

John Cena shared his joy over being the host of this year’s magnificent award show and said, “Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards is the biggest party for kids, and I’m so excited and honored to host this year’s show. I have a lot of big surprises in store so bring on the slime!” (source: press release)

According to the press release, “John Cena’s energy and larger-than-life personality will bring the most excitement, comedy and fun to this year’s Kids’ Choice Awards,” said Shelly Sumpter Gillyard, Senior Vice President, Talent and Events for Nickelodeon.  “He’s a big kid at heart, and we can’t wait to give kids around the world a front row seat to this year’s show.”

Although this is John Cena’s first year hosting the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards here in the US, John Cena has done a lot of work with the Nickelodeon family. In fact, he hosted the Australian Kids’ Choice Awards in 2008 and he was even slimed at the first UK Kids’ Choice Awards.

Today and everyday we should always find ways to do good for others. No matter how big or small the act of kindness may be, taking the extra step to do something nice for another person or taking action to make a difference is something we should all strive to do on a regular basis. One of the many amazing things about this generation is that we all are trying our best to make a positive impact in this world and we have a lot of people who we can look up to who are doing the same.

DoSomething.org, an incredible global movement that encourages everyone to make a positive change in this world, has just released its ninth annual “Celebs Gone Good” list, which highlights 20 celebs who are using their platform for good and influencing others to do good things as well. Fans were able to take to social media to vote for the celebs they wanted to see on DoSomething.org’s “Celebs Gone Good” list.

This year, the iconic and legendary Beyonce topped the list with all of the awe-inspiring efforts she made to help make this world a better place to live in. Following right after Beyonce is the one and only, Hamilton star, Lin-Manuel Miranda. The Merrell Twins – there is just so much to say about these two darlings! Veronica and Vanessa Merrell are two of the sweetest, most kind-hearted, inspiring, and outstanding, young ladies; so where do we even begin when we are talking about their brilliance?! We’ve all followed the wonderful Merrell Twins through their incredible journey throughout the entertainment industry – from when they first started off reaching 100,000 subscribers on YouTube to now having well over 1 million subscribers on their account. Whatever the Merrell Twins work on, they always do such a phenomenal job and they manage to leave everyone speechless with how terrific each one of their projects come out to be.

Let’s talk about their marvelous YouTube videos. From their sketches to their challenges, each week we see how the Merrell Twins put so much time and devotion into making their YouTube videos as entertaining and amazing as they turn out to be. In addition to being YouTube sensations, Vanessa and Veronica Merrell are also exceptional actresses. They have a superb gift for acting and whether it is seeing them in the award-winning show, Jane The Virgin or even in the highly-anticipated movie they are in titled, Standoff, the Merrell Twins can take on any role and do a sensational job. On top of that, the Merrell Twins are also wonderful singers – have you heard their “Internet Crush Song” because we all find ourselves singing to it 24/7!

Putting aside all of their awe-inspiring accomplishments and successes, one of the many things we all adore about the Merrell Twins is how genuine and down-to-earth they are. At 20-years-old, they manage to continue to be such excellent role models to their fans. They encourage everyone to be kind to one another and it is so amazing to see how they still value class and their morals as they continue to prove themselves as two lovely young ladies that this generation should look up to.

If you tuned in to the 2016 Teen Choice Awards tonight (Who didn’t?! It was absolutely epic!) then you definitely noticed two marvelous and outstanding, young ladies who we all know and love! Yup, you guessed it, the Merrell Twins! The remarkable Merrell Twins had a phenomenal time as they were this year’s surfboard girls at the 2016 Teen Choice Awards today, July 31, 2016 at The Forum in Inglewood, California.

The lovely ladies had an excellent time as they handed out surfboards to all of this year’s winners at the renowned award show. We always love seeing the Merrell Twins whether it be on our TV screens while watching Jane The Virgin or of course, their incredible YouTube videos, so it made us extra excited and happy to see the Merrell Twins on our TV screens while watching the Teen Choice Awards.

Vanessa Merrell wrote along with the photo as seen above that she shared through her Instagram account, “Today was so much fun handing out surfboards to the winners for the @teenchoicefox awards! It was lovely working with these two ☺️🎉 #teenchoiceawards.”

Veronica Merrell tweeted earlier today, “Going to be snapchatting our day at the awards so be sure to watch! Snapchat: merrelltwins .”
