‘Tis the season to be jolly and there is definitely a lot to celebrate! The holiday season is the most wonderful time of the year and what better way to get in the holiday spirit than with all of your favorite celebrities at the renowned 86th annual Hollywood Christmas Parade?! Each and every year, the Hollywood Christmas Parade puts a big smile on everyone’s face. Held right on the iconic Hollywood Boulevard, the Hollywood Christmas Parade is filled with tons of famous celebrities, epic performances, wonderful and incredibly large balloons, and so much more. The Hollywood Christmas Parade is hosted by none other than Erik Estrada and Laura McKenzie who have such phenomenal personalities both on and off-screen that makes the Hollywood Christmas Parade even more enjoyable to watch. Dean Cain and Montel Williams were also hosts for the parade. The parade was co-hosted by Elizabeth Stanton and Garrett Clayton with Dr. Oz as the Grand Marshal.

This year’s spectacular parade had a total of 11 pre-parade performances that blew everyone away! The Village People, CeeLo Green, Ruben Studdard, The Band of Merrymakers featuring Tyler Glenn (Neon Trees), Zach Barrett (American Authors), Jeremy Ruzumna (Fitz & The Tantrums) and Kay Hanley (Letters to Cleo), Nickelodeon star Breanna Yde of “School of Rock,” American Idol winner from Season 14, Nick Fradiani, Tom Dixon and The Tearaways all mesmerized everyone with their terrific performances. In addition, there was also four, telecast appearances made by the iconic Donny and Marie Osmond, The Tenors, Human Nature, and a performance by the stupendous Ludacris as a tribute to the Marine Toys for Tots.

The parade was absolutely magical and there definitely was a special feeling in the air down by Hollywood Boulevard. There were four, breathtaking, live performances during the parade from the Debbie Allen Dance Academy, Charlie McNeal, Rollettes, and the Australian Institute for Performing Arts. The audience at the taping of the parade, which took place on November 26, 2017, and the audience at home definitely got a special treat from these exceptional performers. Magicians Chris Randall and Naathan Phan from the CW show, Masters of Illusion, also left everyone speechless with their unbelievable magic tricks.

To add onto all of the fun, a total of 95 celebrities and VIPs showed their support towards the excellent event. Celebrities including Asia Monet Ray, Thomas Barbusca, Brielle Barbusca, Jermaine Dupri, Tara Reid, Breanna Yde, The Bay‘s Eric Nelsen and Kristos Andrews, the cast of This Just In, and many others attended and took part in the parade. Of course, a holiday parade isn’t complete without the presence of Santa Claus, who made his way from the North Pole to join in on all of the excitement.

There were amazing floats, larger than life balloons of Betty Boop, Gumby, the Lorax and more, and 18 award-winning bands from around the country. Needless to say, the Hollywood Christmas Parade is absolutely sensational and there are no amount of words to describe just how marvelous it is.
