As if! Clueless is, without a doubt, one of the greatest movies from the ’90s. It’s a total classic! Every part of the movie is unforgettable – from Cher’s next level closet that we all dreamed of having, to her renowned, yellow checkered outfit and of course, the super cute and gush-worthy, love / hate relationship between her and her step-brother. Needless to say, when we found out that the Rockwell Table & Stage was bringing out one of its highly-acclaimed “Unauthorized Musical Parodies” of the movie, everyone was rushing to get their hands on tickets to see this phenomenal show.
The Unauthorized Musical Parody of Clueless brought every one of the movie’s most iconic moments to life – from Tai’s epic makeover to the Mentos commercial scene and even Cher’s terrible driving skills. Written by the remarkable Kate Pazakis, the extraordinary UMPO: Clueless show is another incredible masterpiece in the UMPO series. The wonderful Kate Pazakis always brings magic to the Rockwell Table & Stage with some of the most brilliant and spectacular shows. The UMPO series never fails to bring so much light, love and laughter to all attendees and it surely makes for one memorable night. Kate Pazakis has a magnificent touch to everything that she works on and all of her projects turn out to be absolute hits and oh, so successful. The outstanding Pazakis knows how to put the biggest smile on people’s face with her sensational UMPO series that brings an endless amount of laughter, pure fun and some of the most popular and fan-favorite movies with her very own twist to it.
UMPO: Clueless has a one of a kind, stupendous cast that makes this show extra enjoyable to watch and brings back all of the nostalgia from watching this hit movie. Starring as the one and only Cher Horowitz is the immensely talented Ashley Argota. Garrett Clayton, Anna Grace Barlow, Matthew Bohrer, Courtney Bruce, Marqell Clayton, Lucas Coleman, Zack Colonna, Desi Dennis-Dylan, Jason Heymann, Janaya Mahealani Jones, Natalie Lander, Lesley McKinnell, Domonique Paton, Nohely Quiroz and Morgan Smith round out the exceptional cast of the show. The whole cast brings together their unique and awe-inspiring talents to bring out one of the most spectacular UMPO shows yet. You’re going to be living vicariously through Cher, Dionne, Tai, Amber, Travis and Josh through the superb way the cast plays all of these fantastic characters.
