
It is officially the start of March and you all know what that means right…? It means that one of the biggest nights in music is soon approaching us – the iHeartRadio Music Awards! The 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards is bound to bring a whole lot of epic moments and it is destined to be another remarkable night in music history. As you all are continuing to vote for your faves to win in the fan-voted categories, iHeartRadio just announced some of the many performers that will be jamming out on the iHeartRadio Music Awards stage to get you all even more excited for the exceptional, award show.
Alicia Keys, Ariana Grande, John Legend, Garth Brooks, Halsey and Kacey Musgraves are some of the many renowned and incredibly talented performers that will be leaving everyone in awe with their terrific performances during the much-anticipated award show.
In addition, iHeartRadio also revealed that the multi-faceted Taylor Swift will be present at the event to accept the award for “Tour of the Year” for her Reputation Stadium Tour. According to the press release, “With over 2 million tickets sold in the U.S. and grossing $266 million, [the Reputation Stadium Tour] is the highest selling U.S. tour in history by any artist. The Taylor Swift Reputation Stadium Tour broke Swift’s own record for highest-grossing tour by a woman. It was critically acclaimed for its cutting-edge, large-scale production value that gave tens of thousands of fans in attendance each night a rare and intimate glimpse at what makes Swift one of today’s greatest performers. The tour, which kicked off in May 2018 in Glendale, AZ, also traveled to Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Asia and was made into a special concert film for Netflix.”
