What better way to kick off the new year than with a brand new Nickelodeon show to get hooked on?! Grab your favorite comic book and get ready for a whole lot of fun as Nickelodeon’s new series, Warped! is making its way onto our screens on Thursday, Jan. 20 at 7:30 p.m. (ET/PT). The incredible, buddy comedy show, filled with tons of great laughs, follows two employees of a comic book store who learn to celebrate what makes them unique, become best friends, and create the greatest graphic novel.
Let’s learn more about Warped! here: “In Warped!, Milo (Anton Starkman), the beloved head geek at a popular strip-mall comic book shop, Warped!, finds his world disrupted when his boss hires a new employee. With the quirky and excitable Ruby (Kate Godfrey) now on the payroll, the two form an unlikely alliance to create the world’s greatest graphic novel. Joining them in their adventures are Darby (Ariana Molkara), a smart and fashion-forward friend who is always there to lend a hand, and Hurley (Christopher Martinez), a neighboring pizza shop employee who spends his time coming up with brilliant culinary creations” (source: press release).
We all are marking down our calendars and are getting extra excited for the big day on Jan. 20, but in the meantime, let’s get to know the cast of this spectacular show a little bit more!
Kate Godfrey:
Fans know the fabulous Kate Godfrey for her brilliant work in Nickelodeon’s reboot of the iconic series of the same name, All That. She has shared her talent in hilarious sketches and has taken on great characters including Positive Poppi, Brie, Marie Kiddo, and T. Smith, amongst many others. Aside from her stellar on-camera work, Godfrey is also a shining star on the theatrical stage as well. During COVID, the wonderful Kate Godfrey also appeared in a special sketch with none other than Jimmy Fallon on The Jimmy Fallon Show.
Anton Starkman:
Gifted actor Anton Starkman has been a part of a countless amount of exceptional projects. He worked on the sci-fi thriller film, Max Winslow and the House of Secrets, which also starred Chad Michael Murray. Starkman voiced the role of Nate Gardner in the animated movie, Storks and has been seen in American Horror Story, Once Upon a Time, Netflix’s You, and many more awesome shows and movies.

Ariana Molkara:
She’s bringing all the fantastic fashion to the world of Warped! Meet the dazzling Ariana Molkara. The talented actress has starred in Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn, Speechless, and Andi Mack. She also portrayed the role of Shirin in the movie, Septembers of Shiraz. In addition to being an excellent actress, Molkara is also a great singer – be sure to check out her covers she shares on her Instagram account.
Christopher Martinez:
Say hello to Hurley! Talk about being multi-talented – not only is Christopher Martinez a magnificent actor, he also is a phenomenal singer too. Martinez has a great passion for all things theater. He was a part of the Christmas Spectacular show starring the Radio City Rockettes and truly wowed the crowd with his performances at the renowned Radio City Music Hall. He also starred as Gabe in Disney’s Timmy Failure: Mistakes Were Made.
