It’s not just a call… it’s a warning. When Matt Reeves’ The Batman made its way to theaters, it was an instant blockbuster hit. Robert Pattinson was the perfect choice as Batman and he truly gave justice to the iconic role. This Batman flick is fresh and completely different from what we’ve seen in this legendary franchise. It’s modern and exhilarating, while also paying homage to what makes the Batman films so classic.

The Batman brings viewers back to Gotham City. This time, the city is being riddled with murders and the killer is targeting some of the most renowned political figures in Gotham. But when a series of perplexing clues are left, it’s up to Batman to uncover the corruption that’s happening within the underworld.

The action-packed film also stars the impeccable talents of Zoë Kravitz, Paul Dano, Jeffrey Wright, John Turturro, Peter Sarsgaard, Jayme Lawson, Andy Serkis, and Colin Farrell. Kravitz did an exceptional and praise-worthy job of portraying the role of Catwoman, and capturing the alluring yet powerful essence of the famed character. Director Matt Reeves, the unrivaled cast, and every phenomenal talent involved in this production created an absolute masterpiece with this project.

The Batman is note-worthy for a lot of reasons. All of the fight scenes are so precise and flawlessly executed. The costumes in the motion picture are sleek and add onto the mysterious aura of what’s happening in Gotham City. As mentioned previously, this movie is unique from what we’ve seen in other Batman films, and the practical costumes are one of the many aspects that makes this flick stand out from the rest. The sets fully transform the environment into the Caped Crusader’s world and immerses all viewers into Gotham City. And, the magnificent score done by the great Michael Giacchino furthermore emphasizes the themes of darkness and vengeance in the feature.

Warner Bros. hosted a special The Batman Media Day at the Warner Bros. lot inviting attendees to get a closer look at what makes the film the epic motion picture that it is. Gifted actor, Max Carver was at the event and charmingly greeted guests and took time to chat about his experience working on the excellent film. Carver, along with his twin brother, Charlie, starred in the movie and had an unforgettable and gripping fight scene with none other than Batman himself.

I asked the remarkable Carver what his go-to move is when fighting Batman. “Well, I tend to just get hit in the face,” laughed the sensational actor.

Carver then gestured to show what his move would be if he were to win the fight. A little nose-smash and throat-punch action will do the trick. Watch the video below to see more!

Of course, Batman isn’t complete without his Batmobile. At the media day, I got the chance to get up close and personal with the new Batmobile. The distinguished Batmobile has certainly evolved over the years and each vehicle is distinct and stunning in its own way. The new Batmobile is durable and looks like a next-level muscle car that speaks for itself. It screams power and it screams thrill.
