Finding love can be hard…but imagine trying to find love in just 24 hours! In World of Wonder‘s exciting, new series, Vanjie: 24 Hours of Love, drag icon and RuPaul’s Drag Race fan-favorite, Vanjie has only 24 hours to find love. So many men, so little time. The real question is…will one of Vanjie’s 18 suitors be able to swoon her over?
Vanjie’s admirers must go through many challenges to win over the RuPaul’s Drag Race alum’s heart. As stated in the show’s trailer, the contestants must meet the “Evil Queen,” the “Wicked Drag Sisters,” and Vanjie’s oh, so fabulous mom. Competition is stiff, with an elimination happening every hour, but no time limit is impossible for Miss Vanjie to find love.
The fast-paced nature of the series brings pure thrill to each and every episode. Vanjie describes herself as a romantic, saying in the series that she wants to be “wined and dined with flowers…[she] wants the full fantasy.” Fans will get to meet the 18 contestants, see their different personalities, and ultimately find out if one of them has what it takes to be the king to Vanjie’s queen.
Vanjie: 24 Hours of Love, which is presented by House of Love cocktails, is described as a “social dating experiment” that “explores the complexities of modern gay dating.” The terrific and incredibly entertaining show couldn’t have been released at a more perfect time – June in celebration of Pride Month.
World of Wonder hosted a very special premiere event for Vanjie: 24 Hours of Love on June 9 at the World of Wonder Gallery in Los Angeles, California. The event was filled with delicious House of Love cocktails, tons of photo-opps, and more and it was a premiere party truly fit for someone as spectacular as Miss Vanjie. Attendees at the event got to jam out to some great tunes from a DJ set before the screening of the first episode of Vanjie: 24 Hours of Love. When the lights dimmed and the premiere episode rolled, guests were screaming with joy as they got their first glimpse at Vanjie opening up her heart for some love.
