Grab your golf clubs and get ready to tee up! Nickelodeon stars, fan-favorite celebrities, and unrivaled, professional golfers are joining together to get their hole-in-one game on in Nickelodeon’s first-ever, tee-rific golf competition, Nickelodeon Slime Cup. The highly-anticipated, hour-long special is set to air on Nickelodeon, TeenNick, and Nicktoons on Saturday, June 25 at 8 P.M. ET / PT and it promises a whole lot of fun and just as much slime!
The fantastic special features four teams as they compete on a “Nick-ified” golf course for a chance to win the Nickelodeon Slime Cup title and a Nick orange blazer. Plus, no Nickelodeon celebration is complete without an honorary sliming, of course! But, in order to be the Slime Cup celebrants, the teams must conquer the final round called “The Unfairway,” which takes place inside the renowned Rose Bowl Stadium. This is certainly not your average golf tournament. From a P.A.W. Patrol hole to one giant pizza, you have never seen a golf competition quite like the Nickelodeon Slime Cup.
Each team will consist of one professional golfer, a celeb, and a Nickelodeon star as they take on Nick-inspired tee boxes, out of this world fairways and greens, and adrenaline-filled, physical challenges. The Green Team includes professional golfer Collin Morikawa, actor, host, and author Terry Crews, and iCarly star Jaidyn Triplett. PGA Championship winner Justin Thomas, WWE superstar Nikki Bella, and Side Hustle‘s very own Isaiah Crews make up the Pink Team. The Red Team consists of professional golfer Jon Rahm, NFL star Justin Herbert, and Warped!‘s Kate Godfrey. Professional golfer Lexi Thompson, NFL superstar Saquon Barkley, and The Fairly Oddparents: Fairly Odder star Tyler Wladis are a part of the Orange Team. Four dream teams, but only one championship title – which team will go home as the Nickelodeon Slime Cup winner?
Expect the unexpected during the Nickelodeon Slime Cup! That Girl Lay Lay star Gabrielle Nevaeh Green and Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan star Young Dylan will be providing commentary in the booth during the competition alongside CBS Sports play-by-play announcer, Noah Eagle. We’re excited to hear what Green, Young Dylan, and Eagle have to say during this high-stakes and slime-filled golf tournament. We’ve seen this awesome trio during the NFL Wild Card Game on Nickelodeon with Green and Eagle providing commentary and Young Dylan serving as a sideline reporter, and now we’re thrilled to watch them take on a completely different sports-filled spectacular. To add onto all of the excitement, iCarly star Jerry Trainor and TV personality Hunter March will be serving as sideline reporters during the Nickelodeon Slime Cup.
