Halloween is right around the corner, and if you’re looking for the best thing to watch to get you in the spooky feels, then Netflix’s The Midnight Club should be at the top of your “must-watch” queue. Not only is the show incredibly scary (you’ll be sleeping with the lights on after watching it 😬), but the main reason why everyone needs to check out this series is because it stars none other than the immensely talented, Larsen Thompson.
The remarkable Thompson takes on many hats throughout her bustling career. She’s a highly in-demand model, a gifted dancer, a stupendous singer, and a marvelous actress who truly captivates viewers in any and every project she is a part of. The multi-threat stars as Julia Jayne in the much-talked-about series, The Midnight Club, created by The Haunting of Hill House‘s Mike Flanagan.
Thompson shared her enthusiasm over the release of her sensational series through a post on her Instagram account. Along with the post as seen below, she wrote, “Meet Julia Jayne💛 The Midnight Club is out now on @netflix! Such an incredible experience, thank you @flanaganfilm @intrepidpics!”
The brilliant Larsen Thompson steals the show in any scene she’s in and she makes an unforgettable mark in the series. Needless to say, watching The Midnight Club is the perfect way to get into the Halloween spirit.
The exciting, acting projects do not stop there for the wonderful model. In fact, the 21-year-old is currently in Serbia filming a movie for Sony Pictures titled, Horrorscope. The movie is another spine-chilling one and is adapted from Nicholas Adam’s book of the same name. According to Deadline, Horrorscope follows “a group of college friends who get their horoscopes read, and then begin dying in ways connected to their fortunes.” Is it possible for this group of friends to change their fate? Production is underway and we already can’t wait for when this movie will make its way to our screens. Horrorscope also stars Jacob Batalon, Alana Boden, Adain Bradley, Avantika, Humberly González, and Wolfgang Novogratz.
The outstanding Thompson revealed the extraordinary news on her Instagram account back in August. She wrote along with a post, “PINCH ME🤭 ahhh I’m so excited to be a part of this!!! We’ve been getting extra excited for the movie through Larsen Thompson’s magnificent behind-the-scenes photos and videos. She has been sharing tons of terrific posts on her Instagram stories allowing all of us to step inside her memorable time filming Horrorscope. She’s been having a blast with her cast-mates and it’s clear to see they all have a lot of great chemistry and camaraderie both on and off-set.
