Choose your Rumble Blueprint package
For the Blueprint program, you can choose either 12, 16, or 20 classes to complete within the four-week timespan. Those classes include “Ass & Abs Burnout,” a glute and abs-focused cardio and strength workout to build your boxing foundation, “Full Body Knockout,” an awesome, full-body workout that will totally help you rack up a sweat, and “Power Arms & Abs,” a cardio and strength program focused on the arms, shoulders, back, and abs that will really help you ace your boxing routine.
