There are a lot of high-energy workout classes, but there’s nothing like Rumble’s adrenaline-filled boxing classes. Say good-bye to the days where getting ready for a workout class is a dread, because Rumble’s group fitness classes actually make you look forward to getting a good exercise in. With locations in West Hollywood, San Francisco, New York City, Washington DC, Philadelphia, and Chicago, to name a few, it’s clear to see why celebs like Justin Bieber, Kendall Jenner, Jason Derulo, David Beckham, and Kevin Hart constantly frequent Rumble for a workout like no other.
Rumble kicked off 2023 with a four-week long challenge called, Blueprint. Whether you’re a boxing pro and training to be the next Mayweather or are just in for a great sweat, Rumble welcomed in both boxing enthusiasts and newcomers alike to take either 12, 16, or 20 classes within the four week span and have the chance to win some awesome prizes after completing the Blueprint program.
I had the chance to join in on Rumble’s Blueprint program at their West Hollywood studio and it was completely game-changing for me – both physically and mentally, so I want to share with you all about my Rumble experience, so you can get your jab, cross, jab in as soon as you can!
What is a Rumble boxing class like?
In two words: pure fun. I never thought I’d actually say I was excited for a workout class until I tried Rumble boxing. When you enter in the West Hollywood studio, you’re greeted by the amazing, gracious, and incredibly friendly staff welcoming you at the front desk. In order to take a Rumble class, you need wraps and gloves. But, no worries if you don’t have your own, you can purchase wraps (that you get to keep!) and rent gloves at the location.
Then, once it’s time for the class to start, your Rumble boxing trainer opens the door, has the music blasting to get you pumped, and greets you with a good ‘ol fist bump as you come in. One of the many things that I love about Rumble is that once you go there, even if it’s your first time, you automatically feel like you’ve found yourself a fun Rumble family. All of the trainers are incredibly talented and skilled at what they do. Not only do they know how to teach you the basics of boxing, but they also manage to make each class so exciting and give you the great encouragement you need to get through the class.
Rumble boxing classes are 45 minutes long. Each class is split up into 10 rounds, half on the bags to learn how to jab, cross, hook, and give a powerful uppercut, while the other half focuses on resistance training. Between the terrific music that will give you the motivation to power through and the different light settings, a Rumble class feels more like a party than anything else. And that’s a great thing, because these workouts are not easy! They’re an incredible challenge and a phenomenal way to push yourself out of your comfort zone, and yet, Rumble finds a way to make you actually enjoy your workout.

What was the Rumble Blueprint challenge like?
I took 12 classes in four weeks, which divided up to me taking three classes each week. The Blueprint program was created perfectly. Each day focused on something different – from an “Ass & Abs Burnout” to a “Full Body Knockout” and some “Power Arms & Abs.”
Rumble cofounder, Noah Neiman, even came by the WeHo studio to teach some classes and they were killer. Needless to say, Neiman knows his stuff and knows how to make 45 minutes fly by. It’s true, time goes by fast when you’re having fun.

What were my results like from the Rumble Blueprint challenge?
Rumble’s Blueprint challenge was more than just an extraordinary workout, it was a magnificent way to strengthen both the mind and body. Within just a few classes into the challenge, I already saw a difference. My arms felt a lot more toned. I felt a lot stronger. I was able to follow along other workout videos I did at home a lot more effortlessly that I had a hard time getting through before I had done Rumble. I genuinely looked forward to a Rumble class after a long day and it was an amazing way to clear my mind.
So, if you’re asking yourself, “should I take a Rumble boxing class?”
The answer is yes, yes, and… yes! Rumble is a mindset. It’s a movement. It’s a community. It’s a way of life. Taking one Rumble class can literally change your entire day. From the awesome classes to the great studios (which might I add are filled with TONS of cute photo-opp areas), Rumble is bound to be your new happy place as it is mine.
