Instagram can be the place where you find the next hip cafe you want to go to with your friends or hidden gems within the new city you’re traveling to, but for TLC 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star Julio Moya, it also so happened to be the place where he found his love, Kirsten. The two lovebirds’ story is unique, having spent an entire week together in quarantine when he visited her in the Netherlands from Long Island, New York. Quarantine can certainly be a make it or break it when it comes to relationships, and for these two, it actually solidified their feelings and connection with each other.
90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way fans can’t help but be truly engrossed in Julio and Kirsten’s love story. Over 3,000 miles away from each other, both Julio and Kirsten knew that in order for their love story to continue, they’d have to find a way to be closer together. For Moya, moving to the Netherlands was an exciting option. He’s a world traveler, having been to a countless amount of different countries and having enjoyed some of the most out-of-this-world experiences like bull-riding and white water rafting. For him, living in a place outside of New York has always been something he was open to. However, as we see in the show, things get a little bit more complicated when reality sets in and Julio must tell his family and friends, and most importantly, his mom, that he will be moving to a place completely out of the country.
It goes without saying that Julio and Kirsten’s story is completely captivating and viewers can’t help but be at the edge of their seats wondering what’s in store with the couple’s future.
It’s hard not to get hooked on TLC’s 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way. What can we say? The network definitely brings out gems of shows that are easily everyone’s obsession!
Love isn’t the easiest thing to navigate, but as what Moya said, “Love has no boundaries. For the right person, you move mountains.” Moya has certainly learnt a thing or two about love and is sharing it with us all both on screen and in our interview.
