When it comes to reality television, one name everyone knows is Tom Sandoval. Picture this: it’s January 7, 2013, and Vanderpump Rules premieres on our TV screens for the very first time. As an original cast member, Sandoval served, or should we say surved, as a bartender at Lisa Vanderpump’s hotspot, SUR, in Los Angeles. Eleven drama-filled seasons later, packed with scandal and unforgettable TV moments, Vanderpump Rules has left a lasting impression on viewers everywhere.

But Vanderpump Rules isn’t the only show that Sandoval is a familiar face on. He recently auditioned on America’s Got Talent with his band, Tom Sandoval & the Most Extras. Their performance of A-ha’s chart-topping hit “Take On Me” wowed the crowd and even earned them a standing ovation from both the crowd and the judges. He’s also starring in season three of Peacock’s House of Villains and was seen in the third season of The Traitors. Sandoval continues to stay busy, focusing on his music and preparing to head out on tour with his band.

I interviewed Tom Sandoval at the 2025 Thirst Gala, where we talked all about what it meant for him to attend the inspiring event, what it was like to audition for America’s Got Talent, and so much more only in our VIPAccessEXCLUSIVE interview. Sandoval also shared what it was like working on House of Villains season three—hear what he had to say in our interview!
