He’s a sensational singer and a wonderful actor and we know that any and every project that Ryan McCartan brings out to his fans will always be absolutely awe-inspiring. We’ve seen Ryan McCartan showcase his exceptional talent in projects including Liv & Maddie, the movie, The Standoff, and we got to see Ryan McCartan look oh, so stellar rocking some heels in The Rocky Horror Picture Show: Let’s Do the Time Warp Again. Ryan McCartan’s latest project just released as he joined the cast of Hulu’s fan-favorite, thrilling show, Freakish. Ryan McCartan not only excels in on-screen acting, but he also does a superb job in theatrical projects as well. He had a super successful run in the Off-Broadway production of Heathers a few years back. Besides acting, Ryan McCartan also keeps busy working on music and his harmonious and incredible vocals always leave us speechless. Ryan McCartan is absolutely magnificent and we can always count on him to mesmerize us with his unrivaled talent and excellent gift for acting.

When we found out that one of our favorite musicals ever will be coming live to NBC, we all couldn’t contain our excitement, and we totally bought ourselves a can of hairspray to get our hair ready. To add on even more excitement, we found out that NBC’s Hairspray Live! will have an all-star cast including Ariana Grande, Jennifer Hudson, Kristin Chenoweth, Derek Hough, Martin Short, Harvey Fierstein and newcomer Maddie Baillio, who will play Tracy Turnblad.
Now, we have even more awe-inspiring and spectacular excitement as it has just recently been announced that the stupendous Dove Cameron and the sensational Garrett Clayton will be joining the cast as Amber Von Tussle and Link Larkin, respectively.
It’s clear to see that Dove Cameron and Garrett Clayton are an absolute perfect fit for Hairspray Live! and we wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to play their roles. They both are so magnificently talented in both acting and singing and we can’t wait to see them create a masterpiece in Hairspray Live!
Deadline.com announced the marvelous news and described the live production as follows, “Hairspray Live! takes place in 1962 Baltimore, where teenager Tracy Turnblad (Baillio) dream of dancing on The Corny Collins Show, a local TV program. When, against all odds, Tracy wins a role on the show, she becomes a celebrity overnight and meets a colorful array of characters.” Hairspray Live! is set to air on December 7th.

The magnificently talented and radiant Dove Cameron looked incredible and so sophisticated, chic and classy in an all-white dress at the event. We also spotted Dove rocking a new, platinum blonde hairdo and we are so obsessed with it!
Dove Cameron was nominated at the event for “Best Comedy Actress.” Dove replied to a fan on Twitter and shared how happy she was over her nomination by tweeting, “Thank you sweetheart I love you. The people I was up against are BEYOND hilarious. Just an honor to be nominated fr.”
