Article: Nickelodeon Announces The Renewal Of “Bella And The Bulldogs” And “The Thundermans”! Congrats To The Casts!

Bella Dawson is the effervescent, cheerleader with the incredible, girl power charisma who also happened to land the spot of being the star quarterback! Phoebe Thunderman and Max Thunderman are the twins who are trying to manage their not-so-average teenage life with being… superheroes! Instantly, Nickelodeon fans thought of the two phenomenal and magnificent shows, “Bella and the Bulldogs” and “The Thundermans” and today, March 4, 2015 marks a special day for these two highly-acclaimed, top ranked, TV shows as the renowned and remarkable Nickelodeon TV has just announced the renewal of both live-action shows!

According to the press release, “Year-to-date, Bella and the Bulldogs is the number-one show on Nickelodeon with premieres averaging two million total viewers.  Since its January launch, the show has reached more than 20M total viewers. Since its season two launch, The Thundermans has consistently ranked #1 in its time period with kids, averaging a 3.5/1.1M (K2-11) and 4.7/884K (K6-11).”

The outstanding Nickelodeon TV previewed the excitement that is to come in season two of Bella and the Bulldogs and stated, “Faced with much bigger challenges in season two, Bella and the Bulldogs team must push to overcome obstacles and work together to be the winning combination they once were. Bella (played by Brec Bassinger) will unite her original team, Troy (Coy Stewart), Sawyer (Jackie Radinsky) and Newt (Buddy Handleson), in an attempt to take them farther than than they’ve ever gone, all while keeping close ties with her two best friends from the cheer squad, Pepper (Haley Tju) and Sophie (Lilimar). Executive produced by Jeff Bushell, the show was created by Nickelodeon Writing Program alumni Gabriel Garza and Jonathan Butler, who also serve as co-executive producers.” (source: press release)

Getting our superhero capes ready for season three of The Thundermans, Nickelodeon described the third season by stating, “In season three of The Thundermans, superhero twins Phoebe (Kira Kosarin) and Max (Jack Griffo) confront a new family dynamic that changes their lives forever and face being exposed after someone close to them learns their secret identities. The series continues to follow the opposite siblings as they navigate their way through school, friends and a family of extraordinary superheroes. The Thundermans is created and executive produced by Jed Spingarn and executive produced by David Hoge and Dan Cross. ”

Every single show on Nickelodeon continues to bring the biggest of smiles to viewers’ faces. Nickelodeon knows exactly what fans, parents and families, as a whole, look for in TV shows. The great laughs and the wonderful episodes of all Nickelodeon shows make viewers feel as though the orange family is their second family. Bravo to Nickelodeon with all of the indescribable success!

The press release also stated, ““Both of these live action comedies have connected with our audiences and we are thrilled to add new seasons of both of them,” Hicks said. “We’re hearing from kids all the time about how much they admire Bella and her can-do spirit, and The Thundermans just continues to make kids laugh, which is great.”

big, big congratulations to the “Bella and the Bulldogs” cast on the renewal of a second season and to “The Thundermans” cast on the renewal of a third season!
