Secrets, secrets are no fun. Secrets, secrets hurt someone (literally). Prepare for the best slasher film of the season with Netflix‘s highly-awaited, new movie, There’s Someone Inside Your House releasing on the streaming platform on October 6th. Directed by Patrick Brice, There’s Someone Inside Your House is the perfect film to give you some extra frights on Halloween, and it will certainly make you question… do you have a secret worth dying for?
The nail-biting thriller (that will definitely have you sleeping with the lights on at night) follows Makani Young (played by the incredibly talented Sydney Park), who moves from Hawaii to a small town in Nebraska to live with her grandmother as she finishes high-school. But, while normal high-school students’ biggest stress is finding the perfect graduation outfit and taking pictures with their cap and gown, Makani and her fellow classmates have to deal with an even bigger problem… they’re being tormented by a serial killer who is determined to expose their darkest secrets. To make things even more eerie, the killer terrorizes the victims by wearing a life-like mask of their own face. Makani and her friends must do whatever it takes to find out who their stalker is, as their deepest secrets aren’t just on the line… so are their lives.
Not only does this hair-raising film have a very gripping storyline, but it also has the most gifted cast to bring this horror flick to life. The movie stars the aforementioned Sydney Park, as well as Théodore Pellerin, Asjha Cooper, Dale Whibley, Jesse LaTourette, Diego Josef, Burkely Duffield, Sarah Dugdale, William MacDonald, Andrew Dunbar, and Markian Tarasiuk. It’s clear to see how much this phenomenal cast has put their heart and soul into this project. Combining the great talents of each of these spectacular actors has truly made an exceptional film that is destined to be a scary movie classic.
